Fire Cider is an old folk remedy for seasonal wellness. It’s made with a combination of herbs, honey, and vinegar, making a tasty tonic that many rely upon through the seasons but that is particularly useful in the winter season. Warming, spicy and pungent, it is a great support for fending off colds and flu and supporting digestion. Come make this remedy and learn about its story.
