OCA Facility Rental

OCA AUDITORIUM
Dimensions: 40’x60’, Maximum Occupancy 200.
Full Day (4-8 hours) $420.
Half Day (0-4 hours) $240.
Half-Day Minimum, $50/hour for additional hours.
Weddings, receptions and corporate events by quotation only.

OCA OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATER
Dimensions: Seating Area 25’X60’, Stage 25’X60’, Maximum Occupancy 200.
Full Day (4-8 hours) $420.
Half Day (0-4 hours) $240.
Half Day Minimum, $50/hour for additional hours.
Weddings, receptions, and corporate events by quotation only.
OCA GALLERY
Available for gallery committee approved touring exhibits and rentals as exhibit schedule permits. Two movable L panels provide additional wall space.
Meeting space: Tables can be set to accommodate small meetings (2-15 people) at $30/hour.
More Information
• All local non-profits within a 5-mile radius of the Center 50% off rental fees
• All rentals require a refundable cleaning deposit ($50/Aud/Amphitheater, $25/Gallery) and security deposit of 20% of the total rental
• All rentals are accessible & include accessible Mens/Women’s Restroom, chairs and tables.

• Additional microphone-$25 Piano-$50
• House Manger or AV Technician-$25/hour
• Kitchen Use-$35.
Kitchen includes 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator, sink with hot and cold water. Only disposable, removable, or compostable service wear allowed for use.
