Occidental Center for the Arts facilities are available to rent for purposes consistent with its charitable function as a center for visual and performing arts*.

We’re thrilled to announce the completion of our Lobby in August 2023! Many thanks to those who volunteered tirelessly and donated generously to see this project through. Our space is greatly improved with the completion of this addition.
The Auditorium
Dimensions: 40’x60’, Maximum Occupancy 140 (seated) or 175 (standing). Risers in rear of auditorium are fixed seating.

Outdoor Ampitheater
Concrete amphitheater, maximum Occupancy 175. $70+/hour. 20x30 stage.
Classroom
Dimensions: 25′ by 30′, 925 sq. ft. total. Seats 30.
$45/hour. 6′ or 8′ tables are available.
The Gallery
Available for gallery committee approved touring exhibits and rentals as exhibit schedule permits. Two movable L panels provide additional wall space.
