Entry guidelines & size limitations:

We do not take online submissions. All works, however, altered or enhanced, may only include the artist’s originally created imagery, no giclées. Entries may not have appeared previously in any OCA Gallery Exhibit. Works must be for sale; one NFS entry will be accepted per artist and requires double the entry fee. All exhibits are juried by the OCA Gallery Committee.

Up to three entries per artist may be submitted. The entry fee for your first piece is $25, 2nd entry is $15. OCA members receive $5 off each entry. Members may use their free entry for this exhibit. One entry per artist may be labeled ‘Not for Sale’, additional entry fee applies.

IMPORTANT SPECIFICATIONS: Works are limited to 5’ high and 4’ wide. Two-dimensional works are to be framed or with gallery-wrapped edges, wired properly on the back for hanging (no alligator hangers). Three-dimensional works must weigh less than 50 lbs and be free-standing at a maximum of 5’x 4’x 4’with its own platform or support mechanism (no nailing to the wall, ropes, etc.)

Artists whose works are not accepted will be notified within 48 hours of entry. Items for sale have a 40% gallery commission. Payment of entry fees can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Unframed prints of accepted works are also welcome for our print rack.

NEW: Artists participating in this exhibit are invited to help our volunteer docents host the exhibit from 1-3 PM, (once per artist). Having artists present enhances the public’s experience in visiting and helps us get to know you better as well! Sign up for a shift using our online system, a link is provided once your artwork is received.
