Event Guidelines
Please help us maintain an enjoyable, safe and equitable experience for all by adhering to the following guidelines. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Outside food and drink are not allowed at our events. You may bring your own water bottle, just not glass. To support our center we sell beer, wine, refreshments and snacks at each event. A water fountain is available for refilling water bottles.
For events in the amphitheater, you may bring your own cushion or low-backed chair (must be less than 30” tall). Taller chairs are allowed at the top level only.
Free parking is available around our center. Please see parking map below.
Handicapped seating is available at all events. We suggest emailing us ahead of time if you have any special needs or concerns.
OCA Members may reserve specific seats at events. Contact us to reserve your seats.
All event tickets are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the event. Please contact us to receive a refund.
AMPHITHEATER EVENTS:
Events scheduled to take place in the amphitheater during the Spring and Fall may be moved indoors if rain or unusually cold weather is expected. Check the event listing for updates on location. We recommend dressing in layers for amphitheater shows - what begins as a warm, sunny space can sometimes be affected by incoming late afternoon/evening coastal fog. The audience area is typically in direct sun until 530 PM in the Spring, 5PM in the Summer, and 4PM in the fall (bring a hat for early shows!) After these times you are shaded by sun moving behind the majestic tree canopy.
